Our store warranty lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, there would be no refunds or exchanges or repairs. We accept returns (unused) for an exchange within Seven (7) days of purchase. If the return of an unused product is required within Seven (7) days of purchase, an exchange of the product or a website credit will be offered at our discretion.

Additionally, the Store Warranty on electronic purchases is as follows: 

– Laptop Chargers are under warranty for  Seven (7) Business Days from the date of purchase on your receipt, user damage not included.

– Earbuds Mics & Headphones cannot be returned for Hygiene Reasons. 

– Manufacturers faults and defects will be assessed and remedied once the damage/defect has been noted and reported within Seven Business Days of purchase date on receipt.

– We do not accept returns on Open Game Discs.  

– Digital and Special Orders CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped either via Doorway Express, Tara Couriers, Zipmail or Knutsford Express with tracking and drop-off with signature confirmation as is available.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as is available. Orders Outside of Jamaica will be delivered via EMS shipping.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • DVDs/CDs and other Discs
  • Earbuds and Earphones
  • Drones
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Send us an Email via [email protected] forwarding a copy of your order confirmation email/invoice as well as describing your issue. We will schedule return shipping. You may also visit our Store.

Please be aware that if we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us – shipping charges will not be refunded.

Unfortunately we do not offer Cash Refunds, Exchange or Store Credit ONLY Within Seven (7) Days of purchase. Items must be unused and unopened and free of user defects/damage.

If you receive your order and there is a problem with the order, you must report the issue within 72 hours. Please note: if there is a problem – do not open or use the item until the problem is resolved. Thank you!

All returns must be authorized by Strai-Tech. Returned goods may not be used, opened or damaged. Some items such as custom orders are not refundable. In an attempt to ensure that Local and International Health & Sanitation standards are upheld many of our products and supplies are not returnable. Please contact us for details on whether or not your item may be returned.

If you would like to test a product first – Then please visit us in store – we are happy to help you find the right product for your needs!!!

Please be aware, there may be a 15-30% restocking fee, for opened but un/slightly used returned items, as well as canceled layaway, special orders, custom orders or rush orders.

Unless we have miss-shipped or made a mistake in packaging your order – shipping and service fees are not refundable, and as such may not be transferred to any other purchase or applied towards return shipping.

All items to be exchanged must be fully inspected by both the seller and customer before a refund or exchange is authorized. In the event that the customer and seller are unable to meet face to face, inspection will take place via electronic media such as email or any other e-method.

Return-delivery dates are estimated by request submission and approval date.

Layaway requests are non-refundable but may be transferred within Thirty (30) Days of request, along with proof of payment. Unfortunately delivery, shipping, return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please refer to full details on Terms and Conditions



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This refers to Manufacturers Defect and not User Damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, Whatsapp or visit our store location. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
